Scoop It and Pinterest

Pinterest is a platform for  sharing images that allows  users to create and manage,  in thematic personal boards,  collections of  images. People save pins  into different boards so as to  categorize their image  collections.

Scoop is part content  curation tool, part social  network. It allows you to  create boards of curated  content based on topics you  choose, share your thoughts  on that content, and connect  with others who have similar  interests. It also structures  your curated content along a  timeline.

1st Year Students in Secondary School can be  assigned to think of their dream house. They have  to look for related images about their dream house  on Pinterest. There, they can create a thematic  personal board and share it with the rest of their  classmates telling them about their elections.

The following example can be used as a model: My Dream House
